03. Leg guard model 1.0 focused on preliminary pad placement, form, and material. The overall design was derived from prior interviews with the players and testing with the Storelli leg guard.

04. Leg guard model 2.0 utilized more breathable fabric throughout the product. Around the ankle area thinner pads that could still absorb high impact strikes were implemented.

Leg guard prototype provides protection without interfering with the user's performance. Additionally, it allows for the possibility of easily customizable padding. This option allows the user to personalize their protective gear as they see fit.
